We purchased our house in March 2011 and have set up this page to track our many projects that came with it.

The previous owner had "remodeled" the kitchen and bathroom in the mid 80's and that is the way we bought it. Possibly the carpet had been installed around the same time. Luckily the rest of the house didn't get any updates other than some spot lights added in the living room.

This is a photograph of our house as it looked in 1929, only 5 years after it was built.
